Yes, client assistance and suggestions are always welcome. However, our team is fully equipped to handle the move efficiently, so you're also welcome to relax while we manage everything with care.

What should I do if I’m running late?

If you anticipate being late, please contact our office or your assigned moving team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any delays and ensure the move proceeds smoothly.

Is there a fee for cancellations or rescheduling?

There are no fees for cancellations or rescheduling. However, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Do you offer same-day or next-day moving services?

Yes, we typically accommodate next-day moves and, in many cases, same-day moves depending on availability and timing.

Will your team bring the necessary equipment?

Absolutely. Our movers arrive with all essential equipment, including tools and dollies. Moving pads are also provided for load and unload services to ensure your items are protected.

Am I responsible for lunch breaks during the move?

No, clients are not responsible for lunch breaks. If a break is agreed upon between the client and the moving team, the time will be paused and resumed after the break.

Are tips for the movers expected?

Tipping is not required but is always appreciated. A typical gratuity ranges from $10 to $20 per mover, depending on the complexity and quality of service.
